USING ESSENTIAL OILS SAFELY
As with any effective product, the use of essential oils must be practiced safely and sensibly.
Before use, please ensure you have no allergies to the ingredient of any oils. We recommend using 1-2 drops of your chosen essential oil or blend on the wool felt bead.
Overuse of essential oils can cause reverse adverse effects and sensitisation. Always consult your GP or a qualified aromatherapist for further guidelines or if you are unsure on the effect of essential oils on yourself.
Please note, OYL’E products and oils do not claim to be cures for any ailment. We do not promote ingesting essential oils in any way. Always dilute your oils with a carrier oil such as Coconut or Jojoba if considering application to skin/using topically.
Some essential oils can have side-effects on certain people. Though very rare, the temporary side-effects that you may experience after having aromatherapy may include:
allergic reactions, such as a rash on your skin
Certain essential oils aren’t appropriate for everyone. Please seek advice if you have any of the following: epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, sensitive skin, allergies, some types of cancer.

CARRIER : A carrier is a base oil. They are used to dilute pure essential oils, only before they are applied to the skin. This is a common and important safety practice
