Returns + Things You Need to Know

We're so sorry to hear that you have changed your mind about your order. We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return the jewellery and essential oils, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To return your order please send it to the following address and make sure you include a slip with your order number inside.

**Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, (ensuring the safety seals are not broken on essential oils) will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.  

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. 

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty.

This delivery cost will be deducted, when part or all of the order is returned. This is to cover our initial delivery fee and the processing of the return. This can be upto £5.99 if you benefited from free delivery.

If you choose to return your item using normal untracked and insufficient value cover, then be advised, we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

Easy returns

- Exchange or refund available within 14 days (currently we are unable to offer free returns
- Used and opened items (Wool beads/pendant/oils) cannot be returned.
- Damaged, broken, or leaked items will be refunded/replaced. Returns postage will be reimbursed in this case

We cannot accept any returns on items that have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Jewellery items need to be returned within the original packaging with the dispatch note and must be free from the use of essential oils. (All Essential Oils, where the seal is broken, cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene policy).

Please note, if an exchange is required, please contact our Customer Contact team and they will be happy to help you with this.

Also, if you purchased your items via our 3rd party retailers, please mention this in your email when getting in touch with us. 

To begin a returns process, please email with your order details and reason for return. Once processed, you will be asked to return the item(s) back to us secured and insured adequately (sorry at this moment in time we are unable to offer free returns). Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
